Autostrade per l'Italia presents Autostrade Insieme

Industree Change, the division of Industree Communication Hub dedicated to change management and organizational communication, dealt with the communication of the new Autostrade Insieme platform, created by the Training & Welfare and Internal Communication functions of Autostrade per l'Italia.

In a period of forced stop and less presence in the company, the most responsive and ready companies in the country are changing the way they communicate with their employees by introducing new digital tools. This is what Autostrade per l'Italia has done, thanks to the communication support of Industree Change, with the launch of the Autostrade Insieme platform. A way to stay close, with a weekly and always different appointment, to the 7,000 employees of Autostrade per l'Italia even when not everyone was able to go to work.

The CEO Roberto Tomasi has announced this platform by a video. Autostrade Insieme hosts various content made available to employees. Every week, an ASPI executive talks with colleagues on corporate issues and employees have the opportunity to listen to podcasts, dedicated to nutrition, physical and psychological well-being, to participate in webinars on parenting roles, to download books, newspapers and films and to see interviews with important sports personalities.

In this way, ASPI offers its collaborators a direct, warm, engaging and useful channel, to keep in touch and maintain active connections with all colleagues and with the company. Communicated with DEM, landing pages, banners, always different every week, and with posters, the project saw the "virtual participation" of some ASPI employees as photographic testimonials. Stock images for which some employees lent their faces while still at work testifying to the variety of personalities, functions, ages and interests of such a diverse group of workers.

Industree Change has interpreted the company's desire to give voice to everyone with a communication project that could meet the interests of the various corporate "souls" to make Autostrade per l'Italia feel ever closer to its people with useful and interesting services.
