Industree Communication Hub acquires 51% of Stone Digital and grows in the technology area

Industree Communication Hub acquires 51% of Stone Digital, a company specialized in digital technologies, and is preparing to close 2021 with an aggregate turnover of more than 5 million euros.

The growth strategy in the technological area of Industree Communication Hub continues at a steady pace. The communication group led by CEO Luca Franzoso and founded together with Massimo Rontani and Antonio Sidoli has officially concluded the negotiations for the acquisition of 51% of Stone Digital, a well-established Milanese company specialized in technological development.

Stone Digital is an Italian company with deep technical skills, specialized in software development, system architecture, user experience design and search optimization.

Over the years the company has been able to establish important collaborations with several top brands such as Findomestic, Brunello Cucinelli, BNP Paribas, Mondadori Group and will become part of Industree Communication Hub, with which it has already been collaborating for some time on joint projects.

The acquisition has been coordinated by Studio Baldi & Partners with the team led by Francesca Baldi, lawyer, and by the M&A Advisor Baldi Finance S.p.A. with the team led by Guido Prati, who declared "we are particularly proud to have supported the Industree Group in this important operation of development by external lines in the digital transformation that represents one of the most important challenges that companies will have to face in the next years".

Despite the difficulties of the last period related to the health emergency, Industree Communication Hub has been able to achieve important results, thanks mainly to the acquisition of new customers, leading companies in their respective sectors, such as Purina, Centrale del Latte d'Italia, Amorino gelaterie, Gruppo Crif, Reinova that have joined other historical customers such as Lamborghini auto, Yamaha Motor, Gruppo Unipol, SocietĂ  Autostrade, Sanofi, Edison, SIFĂ€ and Gruppo BPER just to name a few.

The year 2022 promises to be a year of great development for the "HUB of Industry" which intends to further consolidate its offer by focusing on strengthening its proposal in the Digital and Innovation Consultancy area, and the development of the units dedicated to change management and corporate social responsibility, growing both internally and through other acquisitions. In 2022 there are also plans to change the Milan offices in order to host all the Group's activities and all Stone Digital's people in a location suitable for the growth prospects undertaken by the Group.
