Industree Communication Hub, Salesforce and Seven IT, together for the first event in Emilia-Romagna of the first CRM in the world

On 18th September 2019, the first Salesforce event in Emilia-Romagna was held at Ruote da Sogno (RE), organized in collaboration with Industree Communication Hub and Seven IT, a Salesforce certified partner.

Reggio Emilia, 20th September 2019 - Salesforce, the world leader in CRM solutions, held the first event in Emilia-Romagna to promote the growth and development of companies, taking advantage of the latest technology to enhance and connect to customers in a new way. The first Emilian initiative of the US company was implemented thanks to the support of Industree Communication Hub and Seven IT, Salesforce certified partner, who in the months preceding the event worked in synergy to promote the event. Hundreds of entrepreneurs, of companies of various sizes and sectors, coming from all over central Italy, found themselves in the beautiful location of the Italian "motor valley", Ruote da Sogno, in Reggio Emilia.

The event began with an intervention of Luca Franzoso, Industree Communication Hub CEO: "We worked with Seven IT to bring local companies closer to an extremely important tool for growth as Salesforce is. We are in the midst of the digital revolution and it will be necessary to have more and more specific digital skills. if they are not sufficient in the company, external partners must be chosen to acquire them or teach them to employees”.

Then it’s the turn of Nicola Boni, Seven IT CEO, who showed how companies are increasingly using the cloud to manage data and services, highlighting the importance of having a CRM: “Together with Industree Communication Hub, we were able, for the first time, to bring the most widespread CRM in the world to our territory. Thanks to Salesforce, companies have the chance to make their business more dynamic and efficient in terms of processes".

After that, Mirko Spinelli, Salesforce Regional Sales Manager, spoke about the Salesforce objectives, showing how the first CRM in the world is able to adapt to both large and small-medium companies, improving the results of their business. Later on, participants were shown practical applications of the cloud platform for marketing, sales and customer service.

Finally, referents of important companies have been telling their own experience of success, revealing how this tool led to significant improvements in company work and business strategies, also thanks to the continuous support of Salesforce.

All the speeches underlined how the great innovative impact of Salesforce cannot ignore the human element, which will continue to govern the strategies and processes. Industree Communication Hub has in fact started the collaboration with Seven IT, a Salesforce certified partner, to facilitate the adoption of the CRM tool, not only from a technical point of view, but also for the definition of strategies and to provide consulting support.
