Industree Communication Hub signs the identity of APtitude, the new business behavior system of Angelini Pharma

Angelini Pharma has chosen Industree Communication Hub to create and communicate the identity of the new corporate behavior system, designed on the basis of the company's values and performance objectives.

Angelini Pharma, the Angelini Group’s pharmaceutical division, leader in the healthcare and wellness sectors, commissioned Industree Communication Hub to create and communicate the identity of the new behaviors’ system, useful to guide the daily actions of people in the working environment. The aim is obtaining the best professional results while respecting the company's directives and values.

The project is called "APtitude > Behaviours make our Future grow": the chosen naming recalls the Angelini Pharma’s acronym and refers to the behaviors and attitudes that every employee has to follow and the company has to encourage in order to achieve personal and company objectives more effectively. The payoff evokes the "Core Behaviours" that Angelini Pharma has introduced into the organizational culture to guide the daily actions of its employees: integrity, performance, innovation, collaboration, courage and passion.

In addition to the creation of the main visual identity tools, Industree Communication Hub, with the collaboration of Angelini Pharma's HR and Communication managers, has created all the launching tools of the project, from the mailing activity to the video production, to the digital communication support, in order to involve the employees in the pursuit of the company objectives and - at the same time - in the development of a common and differentiating DNA.
