Industree Communication Hub supports Edison for the launch and management of the Employer Branding plan

Industree Communication Hub supports Edison to position the company as an attractive employer by designing projects that target employees and future hiring talent.

Industree Change, the Industree Communication Hub’s change management division, supports the company in the realization of internal and external projects aimed at positioning Edison, already certified Top Employers Italia 2021, as an employer of reference in the sector.

Through the Employer Value Proposition "The energy that changes everything is our people", the company aims to communicate its identity as an employer: Edison is a company with a long history of industrial leadership, professional excellence and social responsibility. Its assets, together with the skills of its people, make it a point of reference in the Italian energy panorama. It is the people who make the company and their energy has always inspired and guided Edison's actions.

Industree Change and Edison's Human Resources and Internal and External Communication departments worked together to finalize and disseminate the EVP based on 4 fundamental pillars that make the company a distinctive place to work: Know-How, Open Environment, Involvement and Responsibility, Sustainability and Proximity. The agency participated in the internal presentation event of Employer Branding and supported the company in the development of internal and external communication strategy through the creation of interactive documents, such as the Employer Branding Platform, useful to provide guidelines and insights on the topic.

In parallel, the agency offered its support in the identification and activation of Edison Storytellers, people selected within the company to present and spread their experience related to the 4 Pillars that make up Edison's Employer Value Proposition.

Industree Change also collaborated to the updating of the "Lavora con noi" section on the corporate website and to the creation of the Edison Job Test, a self-orientation quiz dedicated to young graduates with the aim of helping them to define their professional profile and make them aware of the open positions offered by the company.

Through the identification of suitable methods and channels, the strategic contribution of Industree Change will continue in the coming months for the Employer Branding activities promoted by Edison, from the attraction of new recruits to retention.
