Start the journey in the welfare of Autostrade per l’Italia

Autostrade per l’Italia launches the project of People Caring "“We//fare, il welfare per le nostre persone”: initiatives, conventions and dedicated services to employees.

Autostrade per l’Italia, driven by attention to people that has always characterized it, has entrusted to the division of Internal branding of Industree Communication Hub the task of streamlining initiatives, conventions and dedicated services to its employees.

The agency was responsible for the publishing project and the redesign of the intranet devoted to corporate welfare of Autostrade per l’Italia, in order to create a virtuous circle of information more efficient and updated.

The contents are divided into four sections - each distinguished by a guiding concept and a color characteristic, to make it even easier to search for information - and each service has been identified by an icon custom built.

This People Caring project has seen Industree Communication Hub engaged on several fronts: from the elaboration of the concept of the project to the naming and logo, which recalls the idea of corporate welfare but also of the "culture of doing", from the creation of the image coordinated, with original icons and easy to read, to the restyling of the website dedicated to employees.
