Employer Branding: Industree Hub and Doxa’s “Human Power” survey reveals that companies understand its value but struggle to translate it into targeted recruiting strategies
Industree Hub, through its Change unit, and Doxa present the results of Human Power, an in-depth study on the perception and maturity of Employer Branding strategies in large Italian companies.
Conducted in September 2025 on a sample of 344 managers (entrepreneurs, executives, and middle managers) from companies with at least 250 employees operating in the services, retail, and industrial/logistics sectors, the research captures a context in which strategic awareness does not always translate into operational capability.
A key finding emerges: while 91% of managers acknowledge the importance of Employer Branding strategies for retaining and attracting talent, 78% report significant challenges in finding candidates with suitable profiles.
This gap highlights that, despite being recognized as a strategic asset for Talent Attraction, Employer Branding is not yet fully integrated into corporate positioning and communication processes as an employer.
According to the insights from Human Power, the solution lies in a deeper exploration and definition of a company’s Employer Identity — one that coherently connects internal factors (values, culture, leadership, employee experience) and external ones (market perception, reputation, communication channels).
Only an authentic, data-driven Employer Value Proposition (EVP), supported by consistent communication strategies and continuous systems of listening and measurement, can transform awareness into tangible results in terms of talent attraction and retention.
The findings from Human Power form the foundation for developing customized consulting modules and integrated programs designed by Industree Hub and Doxa.
These programs combine surveys, authentic storytelling, AI-based sentiment analysis, and advanced measurement tools, offering Italian companies an innovative, integrated, and data-driven approach to turning Employer Branding into a lever for growth and competitive positioning.
