Industree Hub and BVA Doxa launch Human Power: a new strategic partnership to transform Employer Branding
Industree Hub — through its Change business unit — and BVA Doxa — through its HR & Worklife division —announce Human Power, a new service line that brings together listening, strategic insight, and communication. The goal is to help large Italian enterprises continuously evolve their Employer Branding and people engagement.
Human Power is the result of a strategic partnership between two leaders in their fields: Industree Change, specialized in internal communication and employer positioning, and BVA Doxa, with established expertise in climate surveys and HR topics. The service responds to companies’ growing need to move beyond one-off initiatives and build evolving systems of listening and communication grounded in real, continuously updated insights.
A core component will be a listening program involving managers and employees at major Italian companies. It will explore readiness on organizational culture, employer brand attractiveness, retention, and engagement. The findings will inform tailored consulting modules and integrated programs that combine surveys, EVP design, authentic storytelling, AI-driven sentiment analysis, and evolving measurement tools.
Human Power is structured as an integrated five-step system: listening & insight; strategy & positioning; design & culture; storymaking & communication; monitoring & evolution. The objective is clear: build an Employer Branding strategy that is credible, lived, and consistent across the entire employee journey.
