Industree Hub Launches Dedicated Startup Advisory Team: Strategy, Technology and Communications to Accelerate Growth
Industree Hub is expanding its consulting services with a new team dedicated to startups. This end-to-end approach brings together four areas of expertise typically handled by separate providers under a single partner: strategic advisory, funding support, technology platform development and communications.
The new practice addresses a recurring need among startups in the scale-up phase that have already secured initial investments and now need to turn them into sustainable growth: presenting their projects effectively to investors and funding bodies, highlighting their technological and innovative strengths, while simultaneously building the digital infrastructure required to support their development.
Industree Hub helps identify the most suitable advisors specialising in grants and public funding for each project, provides founders with its expertise in preparing funding applications – effectively showcasing their technological, innovative and communications components – and designs, develops and maintains technology platforms through an in-house team of Strategists, Software Architects, AI experts, Developers and UI/UX Designers. The offering is completed by PR and media relations activities: for a startup, visibility among the media, investors and industrial partners is just as important a growth driver as the product itself.
The first project is Maxi Mobility, an innovative startup and benefit corporation that makes the transition to electric mobility accessible to taxi drivers, chauffeur-driven car services and corporate fleets through a subscription-based vehicle leasing and charging model (fleet & charge-as-a-service). Industree supported Maxi Mobility in preparing its project, which was approved for funding under Smart&Start Italia, the incentive programme managed by Invitalia for highly innovative, technology-driven startups, with a particular focus on the project's technological and communications components.
On the technology front, Industree Hub developed the proprietary technology platform that serves as the company's single source of truth for business data. The system aggregates charging sessions from multiple public and home charging providers, together with vehicle telemetry data, associates them with each vehicle and its corresponding driver, and provides Maxi Mobility with dashboards, performance indicators and automatic alerts for anomalies and upcoming deadlines. A second module integrates operational fleet management, from contracts to maintenance.
The model has already been replicated with other startups. In the most recent case, Industree helped identify the advisor for the funding application, supported the founders in preparing the project and is currently developing the technology platform. It also managed the startup's media launch: the news was covered by national media outlets and news agencies, generating initial expressions of interest from international distributors. Further details of the project will be announced in the coming months.
“A startup needs a partner who can bring strategy, technology and communications together, rather than working with separate suppliers,” says Luca Franzoso, CEO of Industree Hub. “With Maxi Mobility, we have developed an approach that we are now replicating: we help founders present their projects in the most effective way, build the technology platform their business needs to grow and raise their profile in the market, while continuing to support them over time.”
Through its dedicated team, Industree Hub brings together the experience gained over the years in supporting startups throughout their development and growth journeys, while leveraging an approach refined over more than thirty years of working alongside major Italian companies and multinational corporations: driving the evolution of business models by integrating strategy and execution, communications and technology.
