We supported Bibanca—a bank specializing in salary-backed loans and consumer credit within the BPER Group—through a comprehensive process of redefining its positioning, brand identity, and entire communication ecosystem. An integrated project that puts people at the center and redesigns the credit access experience to be simple and secure.

Our work took shape starting from the definition of Bibanca’s new purpose, built around the idea of credit as a tool for autonomy, inclusion, and personal planning. This vision translates into a clear and consistent positioning, capable of speaking transparently and building long-term trust, encapsulated in the new payoff “Bibanca. A tempo con te.” (In step with you): an expression of closeness, continuity, and the ability to adapt to the real rhythm of people's life choices.
This strategic evolution is reflected in the new corporate website www.bibanca.it, designed and developed by Industree as the hub of the digital customer journey. The experience is designed to be seamless and intuitive, featuring tools that tangibly simplify access to credit, such as a dedicated simulator for salary-backed loans—which can be used starting from either the desired installment or the total amount—and the option to book an appointment directly with Bibanca consultants. Our consulting contribution was crucial in defining the marketing strategy, with a vertical focus on streamlining customer acquisition processes and SEO (Search Engine Optimization), thereby ensuring high-profile organic visibility and an extremely effective conversion funnel. The digital infrastructure meets certified accessibility and sustainability standards, offering inclusive pathways and the support of certified LIS (Italian Sign Language) interpreters to guarantee a truly universal experience.
To complete the project, we also managed the launch campaign, developing a narrative centered on everyday life stories and how Bibanca’s new digital features can support people in turning a passion or a need into a concrete project.
