Industree signs Bibanca’s new positioning and digital communication ecosystem

Industree Hub has partnered with Bibanca, a bank specialized in salary- and pension-backed loans and consumer credit within the BPER Group, on a comprehensive journey to redefine its positioning, brand identity and overall communication ecosystem. An integrated project that places people at the core and reshapes the credit experience to make it simple and secure.

Industree’s work began with the definition of Bibanca’s new purpose, built around a vision of credit as a driver of autonomy, inclusion and personal planning. This approach translates into a clear and consistent positioning, able to communicate with transparency and build trust over time. It finds its expression in the new payoff, “Bibanca. In step with you.”—a statement of closeness, continuity and the ability to adapt to the real rhythm of people’s life choices.

This strategic evolution is reflected in the new corporate website, www.bibanca.it, designed and developed by Industree as the hub of the digital customer journey. The experience is conceived to be seamless and intuitive, with tools that make access to credit tangibly easier - such as a simulator dedicated to salary- and pension-backed loans, usable either by starting from the monthly installment or the desired amount, and the option to book an appointment directly with Bibanca’s consultants.

Industree’s advisory contribution was also pivotal in defining the marketing strategy, with a strong focus on streamlining customer acquisition processes and optimizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), ensuring high-level organic visibility and a highly effective conversion funnel. The digital infrastructure meets certified accessibility and sustainability standards, featuring inclusive pathways and the support of certified Italian Sign Language (LIS) interpreters to guarantee a truly universal experience.

As part of the project, Industree also developed the launch campaign, creating a narrative centered on everyday life stories and on how Bibanca’s new digital features can support people in turning a passion or a need into a concrete project. A storytelling approach consistent with the new positioning, where technology is presented as an enabling tool - not an end in itself - always at the service of people.
