The long-standing focus on people that defines the Group has led Autostrade per l’Italia to develop a comprehensive corporate welfare model for its employees and their families.

We took on the challenge of streamlining and consolidating all initiatives and services into an easily accessible resource to be shared with the company’s workforce across the country: the booklet “We//fare: Employee Welfare”.

A journey through Autostrade per l’Italia’s corporate welfare program

The project engaged us on multiple fronts: from developing the concept to creating the naming and logo, which reflects both corporate wellbeing and the “culture of doing”; from designing a cohesive visual identity, featuring original and easily readable icons, to redesigning the intranet dedicated to corporate welfare services. The goal was to create an efficient, more accessible, and continuously updated information ecosystem.
