LFoundry reached out to us at one of the most pivotal moments in their business: the acquisition of the company by the Asian giant SMIC, a global top player in the semiconductor sector. The beginning of this new phase in the company’s life made a strategic intervention necessary, involving us in the project to define the new corporate identity.

LFoundry refreshes its identity and steps into a new global dimension

After a preliminary analysis phase, we worked alongside the international board to define the new corporate communication statements. Mission, vision, values, and payoff were aligned with the company’s new scale, outlining the contours of a renewed global identity.

Building the corporate identity also involves defining corporate communication and its channels. In this regard, we analyzed the company’s reputation using specific KPIs, providing concrete insights to guide actions aimed at improving the brand’s online presence. Following this analysis, we developed online and offline communication tools consistent with LFoundry’s new identity, including the new website www.lfoundry.com.
