iKN – Institute of Knowledge & Networking is one of Italy’s leading players in managerial training and business events, with a broad and constantly evolving portfolio of courses, specialist programs, and both digital and in-person events.
They entrusted us with rethinking the brand’s digital experience in an integrated way, transforming the website into a tool capable of selling, learning about, and engaging with users throughout the entire customer journey.

In 2025, the new platform generated 128,000 new users and 230,000 active sessions on the site, confirming the effectiveness of the data-driven approach and the conversion-focused experience.

A digital experience designed to convert and grow

We adopted a data-driven approach aimed at understanding real user behavior and identifying concrete optimization levers. Competitor analysis and industry benchmarks helped highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the existing digital experience, guiding the design of a new UX/UI architecture created to simplify navigation, showcase the training offering, and support users along a smoother and more effective purchasing path.

To support the front-end experience, a unified back end was developed to manage both the main website and event-dedicated sites, ensuring full data ownership while enabling advanced segmentation and personalized communication. The entire platform was designed with a mobile-first approach and equipped with a simple, intuitive back office, allowing the iKN team to manage content, courses, and events independently and consistently across all devices.
