Tournacademy is the startup set to become the reference infrastructure for tournament coordination and community engagement in the competitive gaming landscape.
Our project focused on recalibrating the brand identity by acting on visual impact and functional efficiency, transforming the perception of the service—from the website to the very core of the user experience.
The goal: to make the brand promise immediately clear and to highlight, from the very first moment, the opportunities available to players and communities.

The new website was reimagined as the main external touchpoint, with the task of crystallising the platform’s value proposition.
The new information architecture streamlines the product narrative, integrates strategic sections into a modern, fluid, distraction-free layout, and guides users toward registration through optimised calls to action and a natural flow.

Every element of the visual identity was applied with a precise objective: to communicate the service’s priorities with clarity, eliminating visual noise and lowering barriers to entry.

The operational core of the platform was rebuilt through an in-depth analysis of usage flows, with the standardisation of the design system and the introduction of consistent styles across all devices, with a strong mobile-first approach.
From team registration to bracket consultation, every step was mapped to reduce human error and make the experience intuitive—even during moments of peak competitive intensity.
