Updating skills is essential to strengthen the Third Sector and increase its ability to generate social value, effectively responding to the needs of people and communities.

With this goal in mind, Fondazione Sodalitas promotes the entrepreneurial and managerial development of non-profit organizations, providing business culture and expertise that complement the core values of the Third Sector.

We led the module dedicated to Communication within the training program promoted free of charge by Fondazione Sodalitas to strengthen managerial skills in the Third Sector.
Alongside us in this valuable experience was our partner aBetterPlace Società Benefit, with whom we explored the meaning and opportunities of communication today for the Third Sector, with particular attention and respect for human capital - and especially for volunteers.
Discussions on nudging, engagement, values, and the principles of communication guided us through this moment of shared learning and reflection.
