Edison chooses Industree Change for the implementation of its Employer Branding strategy

Industree Change, the organizational communication and change management division of Industree Communication Hub, won the tender for the Edison Group Employer Branding development project.

Milan, 10th July 2019 - Industree Change will support Edison Group in the two-year strategic implementation project of Employer Branding, using the company's Employer Value Proposition as a starting point. Industree will develop the initial strategic approach and, for the next two years, will support Edison in internal and external communication projects, aimed at positioning Edison as a reference employer in the sector and not only through the declination of the pillars that make up the Employer Value Proposition.

Through the identification of suitable methods and channels, Industree Change will have to disclose the Employer Branding activities promoted by the Group, from the attraction of the newly hired, to the retention and enhancement of employees. Will be communicated and promoted projects, such as collaborations with universities and institutions in the field of education, but also development and training courses dedicated to those who enter in the Edison world or are already an active part of it.
