The launch of Angelini Holding Academy
We handled the launch of Angelini Holding Academy with the aim of creating and spreading a unique culture, promoting international openness and the exchange of sector knowledge, and engaging the entire family unit in projects and training activities.
A strategy that enhances the Academy from an employer branding perspective
The Academy was structured into three main areas: Leadership Model, extended to the entire company population; Advanced Managerial Skills, developed in collaboration with international universities; Community Empowerment, dedicated not only to employees but also to their families.
In addition to a complete revamp of the dedicated section within the company intranet, we managed the production of mailings and posters, and created a series of LinkedIn and Instagram posts that showcase Angelini Academy as an effective employer branding tool.
