In search of the secret ingredient

The human touch, the pride of being part of Barilla, the commitment to diversity and inclusion, a dynamic and meritocratic environment that encourages challenges and initiatives, and the innate passion for quality: these are the secret ingredients that make Barilla such an attractive company.

Around this concept, we built a global campaign featuring 15 employee video stories, 2 launch videos, and a digital activation plan. A multi-channel project that amplified the voices of Barilla’s people, communicating - both internally and externally - the key strengths of a distinctive and powerful Employer Value Proposition.
