Amgen Italia, the Italian branch of the global biotech leader, has chosen us as a strategic partner for its corporate, internal, and sustainability communication projects.
We supported the company in organizing its convention, “We Are Amgen”, by developing a communication concept built around the brand narrative—one that actively involved employees as key participants.
People as active agents of change
We transformed Amgen’s convention into an immersive experience, putting employees at the center as true “active ingredients” of change. Hosted at the Grand Hotel Dino on Lake Maggiore, the event blended keynote speeches, talk shows, and firsthand testimonials, creating a dynamic and engaging debate about the company’s future.
We developed the concept, produced the content, and directed the event, helping to consolidate a shared brand language.
To make the storytelling more authentic, we designed a series of sessions and interviews with employee-testimonials who gave a face and tangible validation to each element of the brand narrative. This approach showcased how the company operates through the voices and real experiences of its people, strengthening their sense of belonging.
