The “BePro” Internal Branding Campaign
Founded in 2017 as a spin-off of Pirelli’s industrial division, Prometeon Tyre Group specializes in tyres for trucks, buses, agriculture, and earthmoving vehicles.
The company entrusted us with the design of an internal branding campaign to align employees’ actions with corporate values, strengthen cohesion around shared goals, and ultimately drive better business results.
Our behaviour leaves a mark
We developed the international “BePro” campaign, which included internal communication tools, a launch video, and a series of guerrilla marketing activities.
The creative concept drew inspiration from the tracks left by Prometeon tyres across different terrains—a metaphor for how the everyday actions of each employee can leave a lasting mark on the company’s success. This idea was captured in the claim: “Our behaviour leaves a mark”, underlining the importance of personal commitment to achieving group-wide results.
