Helping ING Italy turn its commitment to reducing environmental impact into concrete action: this was the challenge posed by the banking group, asking us to create an internal communication campaign to raise employee awareness on environmental sustainability through dedicated initiatives designed to foster engagement within the company.

Communicating with humor the most sustainable behaviors to adopt in the workplace

Humorous comics gave a voice to the everyday objects encountered during the workday: elevators, plastic cups, and sheets of paper suggest, in a playful and cheeky tone, the most sustainable behaviors to adopt in the workplace. The graphic concept was applied across various communication tools, from office and common area branding to internal sustainability-themed emails.

Following the launch phase, which focused on promoting sustainable behaviors in the workplace, the #greenismore campaign continued with initiatives dedicated to waste sorting. The goal was to eliminate the use of plastic within the company and support proper waste management and recycling.
