Deploy Your Talents

Deploy Your Talents for STEM Disciplines

The European program that promotes technical and scientific studies beyond gender stereotypes

Deploy Your Talents is a project launched by CSR Europe and implemented in Italy by Fondazione Sodalitas.
Its goal? To encourage girls and boys to pursue studies in STEM disciplines, overcoming the gender stereotypes that still limit opportunities today.
The project comes to life through collaboration between schools and companies, creating a bridge between education and the world of work.

Our experience with Deploy Your Talents

For us, taking part in Deploy Your Talents means three things: strengthening our listening skills to better understand needs and perspectives, gaining awareness of our role as communicators, and stepping out of our everyday context to challenge ourselves in a new environment.

We have been active partners of the project, working with:

  • ISS Galilei Luxemburg in Milan – Multimedia Graphics program

  • IIS Taramelli-Foscolo in Pavia

The Industree Hub Team at the Rosa Luxemburg Vocational Institute in Milan

What did we achieve together?

We worked side by side with the students, sharing ideas and skills. As an agency, we stepped into the role of a “client company,” bringing into the classroom a real brief: to create a video on the value of STEM and the impact of gender stereotypes.

It was an inspiring challenge - one that engaged us just as much as it did them. The outcome? A learning experience that was both stimulating and reciprocal, and one that truly made a difference.
